Is there a free tier?
Yes — anonymous visitors get 1 advice session per day; signing in with email unlocks 3 per day. All 200+ mentor profiles are browseable for free.
How are mentors sourced and how do you write their advice?
Every mentor in the catalog is a real historical or modern figure. Advice is AI-generated from each mentor's publicly documented quotes, interviews, speeches, and writings — it's style-matched to their philosophy, never quoted verbatim, and never reviewed or endorsed by the person.
Can I suggest a mentor to add?
Yes — email hello@grandmentors.app with the subject 'Suggest a mentor' and a link to a public bio. We add new figures monthly based on community suggestions and category coverage gaps.
Can I use Grand Mentors advice in my own writing, podcast, or product?
The AI-generated advice is yours to use however you'd like — share, republish, or quote with attribution to Grand Mentors. Mentor names, quotes, and lifetimes are public-domain facts; do not imply endorsement from any living or recent figure.
How is my data handled? Do you store what I ask?
Anonymous users get a daily counter cookie. Logged-in users get magic-link email auth, saved sessions, and an unsubscribe token — nothing is sold or shared. Full details are in the Terms of Service link in the footer.

Premium pricing is flat. We add new figures every month on the free tier and roll out additional languages as we validate them — current catalog is English-first.
